Delivery options and charges

Dignity LC Services offers shipping to the UK. Delivery times and prices will vary dependent on the order value and delivery type. Please see our delivery options below: 

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3 - 5 working days £3.29
  • UK First Class Delivery: 1 - 2 working days £4.29
  • FREE UK Delivery over £35

Delivery Rules & Restrictions

Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. 

All UK First Class Delivery orders received 3pm, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same for delivery, (excluding Saturday & Sunday). Orders for UK First Class Delivery placed after 3pm will not be processed and dispatched until the following working day.  For UK orders with the standard delivery option (3-5 working days, excluding Saturday & Sunday) your order will be dispatched to meet this option.

Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.

Dignity LC Services does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to:


a) exercise your right of cancellation; and
b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.

Some orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a telephone number or delivery card for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

Delivery Addresses

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode. We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
