Damaged item not resolved by seller.

Item was bought as a replacement for the original one I purchased from the manufacturer as a gift for my Nephew.
This one too arrived damaged so I contacted Darren from Dignity LC on the day of delivery with photographs of the damage to advise.
I received a few very polite emails and texts and even a phone call telling me that a replacement was forthcoming and that he would be in my area and would deliver it personally to alleviate the chance of another damaged one arriving.
The last contact was seven days ago now, and this has been going on for one month. Sent a final text today which was read and ignored by Darren.
Paypal case opened.
