An overview of our step-by-step process for completing your home adaptation.
Enquiry and Booking
Following your enquiry or online booking, a member of our team will be in contact with you to gather some more information about your needs and requirements. If you then wish to book a consultation a mutually convenient time and date will be agreed. If an online booking has already been made this will be confirmed and any further questions will be answered.
Home Assessment and Personal Consultation
Our Services Manager will then visit your home to carry out your consultation and home assessment. Your needs and desired outcomes will be discussed, and any personal requirements will be identified. Incorporating these, we will use our expertise to advise you on the most suitable solution to achieve your outcomes.
Following your consultation a FREE, no obligation work estimate will be provided. We understand you may require slight alterations, therefore we provide one set of FREE amendments to allow for additions and deductions.
If you are happy to proceed with your project at this stage, with your instruction we will provide you with a full project proposal and written quotation, including visual designs of your project. A security deposit is required however this will be deducted from the amount due if you proceed with the project.
Building and Planning Consent
This stage may not be applicable The majority of new builds and extension require planning permission. This can be a daunting task, so Dignity LC Services will be there to provide any support and advice during any point in this process.
Build and Install
Your project is now ready to be completed, Dignity LC Services is your central point of contact and will manage every aspect of your project. During the build and installation stage, we will carry out weekly consultations to discuss the ongoing progress of your project. This ensures you will have ongoing support and advice throughout. During any project we endeavor to cause as minimal disruption as possible.
